Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ripley, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidders are required to pre-qualify to the approval of the Architect, no later than ten (10) days prior to submission of bids if they have not previously bid on a project for Architect or Owner within the previous twelve (12) months from bid date. Utilize AIA Form A305 - Contractors Qualification Statement. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided by BWA Architects Tulsa office once approved to bid. Your Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
