Fairfax County is soliciting pre-bid qualification applications for the construction of a stream restoration project. The bid schedule will depend upon funding availability. The estimated cost of the individual construction project is anticipated to be in the range of $2,000,000 to $4,000,000. Approved pre-qualification applications shall be valid for one year from the notification date. If this project is not advertised for bid within this timeframe, Fairfax County will issue a new invitation for pre-qualification. Only firms that have been pre-qualified in accordance with the procedures in this Pre-qualification Application will be eligible to submit bids for this project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County, Virginia reserves the right to reject any and all Applications, and to waive informalities and irregularities in the Pre-qualification Application procedure.
