Any revisions to this bid will be made only by addendum issued by Chesapeake Public Schools' Purchasing Department. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and any other services necessary to provide Chesapeake Public Schools with kitchen exhaust fan replacements at various schools. All work will be in accordance with the attached specifications and conditions. The project scope consists of the following work: removal of existing kitchen hood roof mounted exhaust fan; disconnect all electrical wiring and control wiring from unit; furnish and install new vented fan curb. The successful vendor shall be responsible for adapting new curb to the existing roof curb; shall extend all duct, as required, to make new connections; furnish and install new roof upblast exhaust fans, suitable for the intended use (kitchen cooking hood), and reconnect all electrical serving the fan. It may be required to extend an electrical feed to the fan. The successful vendor shall also reconnect all control wiring and fully test fan / hood operation.
