Reconstruction project of municipal services, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, sewer unit, if applicable, and aqueduct, on the following sections: - avenue Desaulniers, between rue Girouard Ouest and the CN railway line; - rue Girouard Ouest, between avenues Choquette and Avenues Desaulniers; - rue Nichols, between avenues Choquette and Avenues Desaulniers; - rue Notre-Dame, between avenues Choquette and Desaulniers; - rue Dessaulles between boulevard Choquette and avenue Desaulniers; - rue La Fontaine between 2775 La Fontaine and avenue Desaulniers; - rue Morin between avenue Desaulniers and boulevard Choquette; - boulevard Choquette between La Fontaine and Dessaulles streets. The project also includes the structural rehabilitation of the sewer pipes located under the Honor Mercier terrace, up to their point of discharge into the river. TIMELINE: Engineers to complete design and monitor construction work have been awarded following request for proposals # 2021-094-G. Construction estimation is scheduled to be in place by September, 2022. Working drawings are to be completed by August 1, 2023. Tender for general contractor is anticipated in October, 2023.
