Renovation of a water / sewer project in Park Hills, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work includes removal of rust/paint from existing system and PEMB frames via sandblasting; painting all pipes, frames and filter vessels; removal of all filter media and replacement; and all other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Contractor will be responsible for protecting all electrical equipment, pumps, valves, and functioning filter from all sandblasting and painting operations. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Park Hills anticipates issuing notice to proceed in January 2022. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner. Questions in regards to Bid Documents will be received until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 21, 2021.
