Renovation of a residential development in California, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
California University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites HVAC Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of the addition of fluid coolers to the geothermal water loops in both Residence Halls D and E at the California University of Pennsylvania. The fluid coolers require power and domestic water connections to function. Additionally, the fluid coolers and associate control valves will need to be integrated into the existing building automation system (BAS) for control. The complete work scope is detailed in the contract drawings and specifications. Duration: August 1, 2022 Cut-off Date for Pre-Bid Questions: Monday, December 20, 2021, at 2:00pm
