Borough Building Roof Replacement Project The work will consist of replacing the standing seam roof on the Borough Building with two alternates to include the roofs of the Pavilion on Third street and the pump station on 1st street. Each proposal shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of California Borough in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents. Remove and dispose of existing all trim flashing ridge cap, gutters and downspouts on all three buildings. 4. Remove and dispose of existing underlayment on all three buildings. 5. Furnish and install new HT ice/water shield over entire substrate on all three buildings. 6. Fabricate and install new accessories starter, zees, rake, hip cap, ridge cap and facia. Color to match the existing roof. 7. Fabricate and install new gutters and downspouts on all three buildings. Color to match panels. Bid Result.
