Dixon Hall Cooling Towers Work included under this Dixon Hall - Fluid Cooler Replacement project consists of the removal and replacement of an existing closed circuit fluid cooler serving the building's water source heat pump system including piping, insulation, digital controls, and electrical power and ancillary connections. Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the HVAC Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. Contractors shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
