Renovation of a municipal facility in California, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of exterior renovations to Old Main on the campus of Penn West University. The project is to be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor, who shall be the General Construction Contractor. The contractor's responsibilities include furnishing all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete the construction identified in the contract documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of, the Professional and the University. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the contract documents. Interested bidders must register with PennBid to obtain solicitation documents, submit proposals, and receive notifications regarding updates or addenda. Questions regarding the project must be submitted via the PennBid 'Ask a Question' feature. Question Deadline 05/06/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Award is subject to final approval.
