Installation of weatherization measures in a single-wide mobile home. The County Point of Contact for this quote/project is Donn Falconer. No pre-bid meeting has been set up for this request for quotation. All project work shall be completed within 60 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the County. Clarification Deadline - 12/20/2021 2:00 PM This project is a single-wide mobile located in Puyallup, Washington. 1.1.1. The residence was built in 1993 and is in good condition. 1.1.2. The living space is 980 SqFt total. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. 1.1.3. Roof is asphalt shingles in good condition 1.1.4. Heating is an electric forced air furnace. 1.2. Installation of weatherization measures outlined in attached scope. 1.2.1. Work includes electrical measures. All work is subject to local codes and jurisdictional rules. 1.2.2. Contractor will perform all work outlined in scope. Subcontractors are allowed 1.2.3. The contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits. 1.2.4. The contractor is responsible for filing intent/affidavits. 1.2.5. Pursuant to weatherization program rules; no sales tax will be charged on materials installed. 1.3. Installation must meet the Department of Commerce requirements for weatherization
