Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The CSO Bypass and Disinfection will provide for the means to furnish primary treatment & disinfection for up to 305 MGD of wet weather flow. ALCOSAN encourages businesses owned and operated by minorities and women to submit bids on Authority Contracts or to participate as subcontractors or suppliers to successful Bidders.
