This scope of work outlines the requirements to provide dedicated Contractorsupplied fiber optic connectivity for the transport of data, voice, video and any other related forms of communications traffic via high-speed backbone between Port Authority's (Authority) 1500 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15235 and 400N. Lexington Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15208, complete as specified herein, including: It is recommended that bidders visit the Authority's areas containing relevant infrastructure. Bidders shall arrange a visit through the Authority's Shawn Hudzinski at (412) 255-1385 or Adam Vogini at (412) 566-5161. Contractor shall maintain insurance in accordance with the Authority's requirements throughout the duration of the contract. Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability. (a) Workers' Compensation - Statutory Limits (b) Employer's Liability in an amount not less than: $1,000,000 Each Accident $1,000,000 Disease - Policy Limit $1,000,000 Disease - Each Employee Questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than five (5) business days prior to Bid Submission Date. Bidder shall complete the bidder information sheet and upload with their bid.
