Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Warehouse Hall County Board of Commissioners is hereby soliciting proposal submissions for a turnkey Shelving & Pallet Racking System for Fire Station 1 Warehouse of which is currently under construction. A Bid Bond, Payment Bond and Performance Bond will be required. Hall County Government is seeking a licensed contractor to provide and install an entire shelving and pallet racking system at Fire Station 1 Warehouse, 3126 Gillsville Hwy., Gainesville, GA 30501. The project will require purchase of all required material, labor and installation. 44 Bays of Closed Shelving, 84" tall x 48" wide x 24" deep with 6 shelves 22Ga with 450 capacity per shelf Installation of 44 Bays of Closed Shelving 7 Bays consisting of 21 carton flow lanes (147 total lanes) - 12" wide x 91" long O/O steel rollers, 2" OC capacity - 40 lbs. / linear ft. with beam hangers. (To be added to selective rack system). 147 carton flow lanesm(1176) separate case locations based on average 12" x 12" case size. Installation of Carton Flow Lanes 144" x 42" Roll Form Uprights 14 Ga with over sized footplate 12,700 lbs. capacity at 72" BS 96" X 4" Roll Form Beam 5,000 lbs. 96" x 3" Roll Form Beam 4,000 lbs 42" deep x 46" wide WIRE DECK, 3 each U supports for step beams, capacity is 2,200 lbs
