The Project is located at 161 Knight Street, Mascotte, FL 34753 City of Mascotte (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for the Lower Floridan Aquifer Production Well, which includes: efficient construction, development, testing and logging of two new 12-inch Lower Floridan aquifer production wells and all materials and equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. The Base Bid Work shall be substantially complete within 150 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment within 180 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time. If the Base Bid and Bid Alternate are awarded, the Work shall be substantially complete within 240 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment within 270 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Times.
