The Contract generally consists of furnishing and delivery of the Goods to City of Mascotte Water Plant, 161 Knight Street, Mascotte, FL 34753 with provision of Special Services by manufacturer s field service engineer. Buyer will furnish a construction contractor under a separate contract to perform the installation or construction for which the Goods under this Contract are being furnished and to supervise and direct the Special Services being furnished under this Contract. The Goods are to be delivered to the Point of Destination and ready for Buyer s receipt of delivery 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The furnishing of Special Services to Buyer will commence in accordance with the approved construction schedule. The separate construction contract is expected to be awarded in February 2023. The Project being bid is subject to Section 255.20 Florida Statutes and other applicable Laws.
