The project consists of a new water treatment plant, including a new building, high service pumps, a 700,000 gallon ground storage tank, chemical feed systems, and associated plumbing, HVAC, electricals, and controls equipment. The project has a substantial completion time of 240 days and a final completion of 300 days. The project is pending funding under the Florida State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program and is subject to requirements including the Davis Bacon Act and American Iron and Steel provisions.
