Renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH) requires a qualified General Contractor for the renovation of its Level 4 Bishop Dowling and Mary Grace wings, located at 50 Charlton Avenue East. This project involves the following work: - Repairs and renovations in the CTU East Unit; - Railing removal and installation of new; - Special care suit renovation; - Replacement of doors with windows. The Bishop Dowling South Wing (Level 4) CTU East Renovations will begin on January 17, 2021 and will need to be completed by February 18. 2021. The remaining work related to the Special Care suite, the railings, wall protection, and door replacement can be done at anytime as coordinated with SJHH and must be completed before March 31, 2021. Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender have been previously selected through the process of Request for Supplier Qualifications 01-2122-RFSQ. Only those pre-qualified firms from 01-2122-RFSQ shall be eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender.
