Clarification Deadline 12/28/2021 5:00 PM This project involves approximately eleven (11) manhole rehabilitations, eleven (11) water tight manhole frames and lids, and ten (10) sanitary sewer MH-MH CIPP or FIPP lining repairs (approximately 1,900 L.F.), sixty five (65) lateral & main connection assemblies including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer CIPP repair, pre CCTV and NASSCO certified Post Repair CCTV per "Alcosan Post Repair CCTV Requirements" inspections, internal reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of protruding taps, line cleaning, all traffic control and resident notification, complete in place. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on this Project Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
