Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each bidder must be a registered plan holder with ms consultants, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. The project is being partially financed through a grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on the proposal pagess furnished in the Bid Submittal Document. Bid Submittal Document must be submitted as one original and one copy. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders must be completed and submitted with all bids.
