Work to include interior walls suitable to support a future second floor expansion, ceiling joist over wall framing, %" plywood decking, solid core interior doors and one exterior steel with locksets, insulation, concrete floor stain and seal, and finish painting. Electrical to include wall outlets, switches, LED lighting, communication and ethernet throughout. HVAC and plumbing to serve new area.
