The County of San Jacinto is soliciting proposals from a State of Texas-registered engineering firm to assist with pre-award and post- award engineering services. Services will include a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant applications for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) to include the development of preliminary and final design plans, and necessary interim and final inspections as required by the County for its proposed HMGP Project . The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all engineers/engineering firms that submit proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
