Raze Shortall House To have contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc necessary to demolish and remove a two-story house and widely scattered debris at the properties known as Shortall House, located at 8023 Long Hill Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 in Anne Arundel County. The Contractor agrees that the price will be firm for a time period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date to execution of the contract by the State. The
work shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable

insurance, etc., necessary to demolish and remove a two-story house and widely scattered
debris at the properties known as Shortall House. The property is located at 8023 Long
Hill Road, Pasadena, Maryland, 21122 in Anne Arundel County.
2. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following:
a. Remove and properly dispose of the main building and widely scattered
debris to a distance of 50' (fifty feet) from the listed property, including
the abandonment of fuel tanks, septic tanks, and wells. Removal of
driveways is not included in the project. >1% Asbestos Containing
Materials (ACM) have been found in the house and will need to be
properly removed in accordance with the specifications.
b. Site restoration and stabilization, including all needed fill, rough grading,
topsoil, and final grading; and establishment of vegetative cover at all
work-related, site disturbances.
