Renovation of an educational facility in Edinburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

To select a Contractor to provide Elevator Upgrades to the Edinburg Elevator Modernization Project. Proposals are requested for construction services to provide all required engineering, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and any other necessary components to modernize four (4)Hydraulic elevators at EACSB (2 UNITS), ECOBE and ESCNE Buildings. The scope of work shall include replacement of controls, speed governors, door operators, hoist way interlocks and other door components, fixtures, and interim maintenance to the UTRGV Edinburg Elevators in this project. The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (the "University"), acting through the University's Office of the Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning & Operations, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors ("Respondents") sometimes referred to as "Contractor." For selection to provide Elevator Upgrades to the Edinburg Elevator Modernization Project. The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner's requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.
