Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Penns Grove, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Scope: This item shall consist of the removal of all building and appurtenances in accordance with the Proposal, General Provisions, and the requirements hereinafter set forth. Airy Ave - Block 119 lot 2 60 th Block of walnut Block 72, lots 6 and 8 101 Lanning, Block 18 lot 5 Mitchell Ave Block 68 lot 7 139 Lanning Ave. Block 16 lot 1 123 Tyrone Ave. Block 70 Lot 3 38 Cumberland Ave. 39 Cumberland Ave. 41 Cumberland Ave Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury and possess a State of New Jersey Division of Taxation and Revenue Business Registration Certification, prior to the date that bids are received. Any bid submitted under the terms of New Jersey statutes not including a copy of a valid and active Prequalifications/Classification Certificate will be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements. They will not accept personal checks. All payments are non-refundable. Overnight services must be arranged only after the fee is received and have shipping charges be billed to the recipient's account. All bidders are advised that if you miss the pre-bid inspection walk through, you are cautioned to personally inspect the location to familiarize yourselves with the particular requirements of the job described herein. All questions should be e-mailed (ssmith@smithcogroup.com) no later than the 3:30 pm on 20th Day of December 2021, to THE SMITHCO. ENGINEERING GROUP, INC. ATTN: Sean S. Smith, Sr. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Bidders are required to comply with all the requirements of Affirmative Action Regulations P.L. 1975 and the Prevailing Wage Law as required under chapter 150 of the laws of 1963, State of NJ. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid which in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Borough of Penns Grove. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., Bidders are required to comply with the Affirmative Action Regulation of P.L. 1975, c. 127, (N.J.A.C. 17-27). Chapter 33, Laws of 1977 (Assembly Bill No. 22, 1976, approved March 8, 1977)-requires corporate bidders of State, County, Municipal or School contracts to submit a list of the names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock.
