Renovation of a fire / police facility in Madison, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
***As of February 24,2022. The project has been awarded to Inner Space. The awarded amount is not yet determined.*** The work to be performed for the project is removal of existing lockers and benches in both mens and womens locker rooms and replace with new, ventilated and electrified tactical locker units. Awarded bidder will be responsible for field measurements, engineered design, demolition of existing lockers and benches, procurement and installation of new locker units, permitting and electrical work needed to electrify new locker units. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in bids, to reject any and all bids and to accept a bid that, in its sole discretion, is in the best interest of the Town.
