The project consists of construction of a new Toddler Center located at the Chester County IU Coatesville Campus on Veterans Drive in Coatesville, Chester County, Pennsylvania as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Breslin Architects dated December 07, 2022. The project shall consist of a new Toddler Center building with a total square footage of approximately 3,360 square feet. The project shall also consist of the abovegrade demolition of a greenhouse located at the CCIU Learning Center and paving restoration projects located at various parking lots on the CCIU Coatesville Campus. Prime Contracts are separate contracts that represent significant construction activities performed concurrently with and closely coordinated with construction activities performed on the Project under other prime Contracts.
