To complete renovations to the common areas of the Pickard-Rankin and Brecken-Yates Buildings located at Harborside in Charlottetown, PEI, which includes all the work as detailed on the drawings and specifications. Tender documents may be viewed at the Construction Association of PEI, or may be obtained in PDF format from the Architect's office by contacting Darrin Dunsford at darrin@wcarch.com, or by calling 902-626-5425. Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque equal to at least 10% of the tender amount. Bid value not released for publication. WM & M (1993) Ltd were awarded the contract and Olympia Electric are the electrical sub.
