The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to the following: site work and new construction of a detention facility. Adams County Justice Center - Bid Package 2 Proposals for the construction of a new 50,943 S.F. Detention Facility for the following trade packages: 03.30 - Cast-in-Place Concrete Complete 04.20 - Unit Masonry 11.19 - Combined DEC/SEC 13.4263 - Detention Cell Modules 31.10 - Site Clearing and Earthwork 33.10 The project includes multiple prime contract bids. A pre-bid meeting is not planned at this time. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality, or to accept or to reject any and all bids.
