Estimated project value was quoted as under $50,000 BROOME DDSOO is seeking a vendor to create a med room at 291 Duell Rd in Binghamton NY. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the drawings and below scope of work. Interested vendors must attend a required site visit as detailed on the below general requirements. Install new hardwood Dutch door with integrated shelf and new door trims.
Remove existing flooring from entryway through the living room and prepare existing subfloor. Install new LVT flooring as shown in the attached drawing.
Install cabinets, countertops, and hardware in new med room space and living room as shown in the attached drawing. Cabinet and countertop specs are detailed in the attached drawing.
Install base trim on both sides of the new partition walls to match existing.
Provide demo in the existing office area per the attached drawings.
Run a Cat 6 Data line from the server in the office and install a computer jack on the countertop.
Install two switches by the door of the med room to control an overhead light and two under cabinet lights.
Install three 120v receptacles, one on the countertop, one on the new partition wall, and two on the living room wall. Existing receptacles to remain.
A smoke detector will need to be installed in the med room. Contractor provide the sub-contractor and coordinate with them for the install.
Job shall not be considered complete until all functions have been tested and confirm work in the presence of Plant Superintendent or designee.
Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and for cleaning or repairing any part of the facility damaged during work.
Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment for job. Warrantee shall be for parts and labor.
