Renovation of a library in Leesburg, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Lee County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed written bids from qualified vendors for the replacement of interior and exterior lighting throughout the Oakland Library and attached Bindery conference center, located at 445 Oakland Parkway West, Leesburg, Georgia 31763 with energy efficient LED lighting. The Oakland Library must be 50% completed prior to December 31st. Please Note: The ceilings in The Bindery are approximately 16ft tall. A lift may be required; the price of which should be included on the attached bid form, if rental necessary. A bid form, project completion form, specifications, and non-collusion forms are included in this bid. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the bids received. There will be no addendums to the contract once the contract has been accepted and signed, unless initiated by the County.
