Provide professional engineering services for American Rescue Plan funded projects The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to design, permitting and construction phase engineering services for water, wastewater and reclaim water facilities within Polk County, Florida. Additionally, the County requires professional services for environmental permitting, planning and compliance. Successful Proposers must follow the Polk County Utilities Code while performing these services for the Utilities Division. All questions must be received by, Monday, January 3, 2022, 5:00 p.m. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present at this meeting in person or via Zoom conference call, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting's sign-in sheet, or the Proposers Proposal will be considered non-responsive. Those attending via conference call will be added to the sign in sheet by the Procurement office during the conference call. The pre-bid meeting will also be held using the Zoom video conferencing application.
