Per the owner, as of May 3, 2022, the selection committee is in the review process and this solicitation has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not been determined. RIAC is looking to make site improvements to a 2.5 acres parcel at PVD to develop a new belly cargo facility (see attached graphic for location). The size of the facility is expected to be up to 30,000 square feet. The majority of the site is currently landside and vacant, with the exception of a 5,000 square foot former rental building. The planned use of the site has been approved on the most recent PVD Airport Layout Plan (ALP). The anticipated schedule for this project is as follows: Notice to Proceed: April 2022 Preliminary Design Concept/Report August 2022 DBE Participation Goal - 5% RIAC reserves the right to request and consider additional information from submitters and to reject any and all submittals on any basis without disclosing the reason.
