As of 03/31/2022 This project has not been awarded. The project consists of a 26,000 s.f. two story building to be used as a drug and alcohol treatment facility. A Single Prime Bid shall represent all General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction. Work represented includes but is not limited to associated utilities, concrete foundation and slabs, structural steel frame, metal wall panels, steel siding, steel stud wall systems, insulation, membrane roofing, wood doors, drywall, acoustic ceilings, vinyl flooring, ducted air supply and return, plumbing, controls, power, lighting, and communications. The rough grading of the building site has already been bid on a separate contract and that work is expected to be complete in the fall of 2021. The Recovery Center construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2022. Single Prime Bids submitted in duplicate must be accompanied by a Bond payable to The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. This is to serve as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a Contract for the performance of such work if the Contract is awarded to him. Only bids, which are accompanied by such bond, will be considered. Any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof, shall be considered non-responsive. The Owner may waive any formalities, and retains the rights to reject any or all bids. Estimated Range 11.5M to $12M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
