Reconstruction of four concrete gravity filters Replacement of pumping equipment Installation of UV system Construction of new concrete clearwell Replacement of chemical feed equipment Architectural improvements Electrical improvements Installation of Owner procured generator and two automatic transfer switches. Mechanical improvements The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. The Owner encourages DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, and SBRAs to submit Bid proposals Bid security in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Successful bidder shall be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond.
