The SRA is seeking an experienced property management company or organization to provide comprehensive property management services for Springfield Union Station in Springfield, Massachusetts. This RFP is a formal solicitation. The SRA supports minority and women (MWBE) participation, as well as hiring residents of Springfield, Massachusetts, in all contracts. This RFP does not create a binding obligation on the part of the SRA with any respondent. The SRA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any parts thereof deemed not to be in the best interest of Springfield Union Station and the public.
