Bids received after this time will not be considered. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked, "SEALED BID - 22-009". It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure that his bid is in the possession of the Purchasing Agent on or be- fore the scheduled time for opening bids. Under state law it is required that the bidder submit with his bid either a certified check, a cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City of Decatur in an amount (subject to a maximum of $10,000.00) equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. In order for the bid to be con- sidered, it must be accom- panied by an acceptable bid bond or check. A Performance Bond and Statutory. Per Dan Lucas Alternate #3 Delano Park has been removed.
