The City is seeking to enter into an agreement with an entity (firm or individual) that will provide "on call" plumbing services as needed. All City entities, excluding the Advertising & Promotion Commission jurisdiction (Civic Center, Mountain Tower, Visitor's Center and Museum), will be included in this contract. Most plumbing work will be assigned to the contractor selected from this procurement; however, at its discretion, the City may bid any planned plumbing job or project it needs completed. Although the City is currently doing RPZ testing in-house, it has been included in this bid should the City need to use an outside source. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for one (1) year with four (4) 12-month extensions available upon mutual consent of both parties and approved budget by the City of Hot Springs.
