Renovation of a parking garage in Avon, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Contract provides for the construction of structural repairs to the parking garage slab. The successful BIDDER must be licensed in the State of Colorado and shall have 5 years experience in successful structural concrete repair and shall show experience on 5 similar projects. Bids received on other than a unit price as described in the Bidding documents shall be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. Work at the site is expected to be commenced by the date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed. Completion of the work is required as specified in the Bid Form, and to be specified in the Agreement and the Notice to Proceed. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for Opening Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed 45 days after the bid opening and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the OWNER.
