Buildings will need to include furnace and AC and hook ups for electric, gas, water, and sewer. Set up shall include setting building on foundation (crawl space) and tying in to existing electric, gas, water well. New septic required.Buildings will be located on the undeveloped lots #12 and #15 on Wah Be Noong and Kee Wad Noong Circles,Harbor Springs, MI Located within the Wah Wahs Noo Da Ke Village (See Exhibit 1 - Map Location). We are looking to start immediately upon removal of frost restrictions and have the homes delivered and installed 2022 construction season.
