Site work and new construction of a residential development in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) is soliciting proposals to serve as general contractor to provide and install two (2) new modular/manufactured homes for our Rental Housing Program. Buildings will need to include furnace and AC and hook ups for electric, gas, water, and sewer. Set up shall include setting building on foundation (crawl space) and tying in to existing electric, gas, water well. New septic required.Buildings will be located on the undeveloped lots #12 and #15 on Wah Be Noong and Kee Wad Noong Circles,Harbor Springs, MI Located within the Wah Wahs Noo Da Ke Village (See Exhibit 1 - Map Location). We are looking to start immediately upon removal of frost restrictions and have the homes delivered and installed 2022 construction season. The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, a federally Recognized Indian Tribe, invites your business to submit a Bid for to supply, ship, set up and install 2 new Modular/Manufactured Home for the LTBB Housing Department's Rental Program.
