A. The Contractor shall obtain the necessary equipment to accomplish the services at all the addresses listed. Equipment must be in working order to accomplish the contract obligations. LTBB Housing NAHASDA (Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act) Addresses: B. Coordinate with LTBB Housing Maintenance to provide needed services. C. Adhere to all Covid protocols and distancing guidelines to ensure safety and health of both Contractor's staff and LTBB Citizens. D. Provide septic cleanout and pump as needed when contacted by LTBB Housing Department. E. Provide local service technician for emergency pumping. F. Contact the LTBB Housing Department to schedule work being performed with tenant. G. Provide cleaning of filter. H. Provide local service technician that can provide service within 2 days of notification. I. Ability to provide emergency repairs is needed. J. Provide general cleanup and debris removal. This project is 100% funded with funds available through Housing and Urban Development Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act grant. Contractors submitting bids and awarded this project MUST comply with the any Special Terms and Conditions granting source may require which will be listed in section "II Scope" above.
