The work and materials used shall conform to standards as described in the 2020 Michigan Standard Specifications for Construction and the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Work shall be completed prior to October 1, 2022, or at such time agreed upon by the Road Commission Engineer and the Contractor. Presently, the number of miles to be marked are undetermined. A map showing the locations shall be given to the Contractor before the work is to begin. The Emmet County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bid procedure and to award in the best interest of the Road Commission.
