The proposed project consists of bituminous pavement resurfacing and signal improvements along the Route K-0107 (Main Street) corridor between Hallstead Street and Jackson Street in Dickson City Borough, Lackawanna County. The proposed improvements include reconstructing sidewalk, curb and driveway aprons, installation of highway lighting improvements, installation of street trees with grates, stamped/colored sidewalk edge pattern, raised concrete planters, benches, waste receptacles and other miscellaneous construction along the roadway. The horizontal and vertical geometry of the existing roadways will be maintained.
