This Project is for the Construction of the Lackawanna Heritage Valley Dickson City Rail Trail in Dickson City, Lackawanna County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Project is a Linear 0.406 Mile Multi-use Trail Project That Runs Parallel to the Pennsylvania Northeast Railroad Authority Rail LINE. This Trail Section Begins at Eagle Lane and Continues North to Railroad St in Dickson City, Pa. The Proposed Trail Will Have a 6 to 10-foot-wide Paved Cross Section, Limited Other Drainage Work, Installation of Wooden and Chain Link Fencing. The Project Will Also Include Minor Brush/branch Clearing With Minimal Tree Removal.
