Description of Work: The work of this project generally includes site improvements as per plans and specifications. The bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of (10%) of the Bid amount, made payable to H.A.C.L. All bidder questions will be submitted via email to Janis McDonough at the above email address. No phone call questions will be taken. Performance Bonds: Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for Performance and Labor and Materials Bonds which are acceptable to the Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the Bidding.
