Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Dickson City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project includes the installation of light poles and fixtures on existing bases throughout Riverfront Park. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Dickson City. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the bidder within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Dickson City Borough. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelope containing Bid, Bid Bond, all other required bid documents, and be addressed to Dickson City Borough, plainly marked, "Bid for Dickson City Riverfront Park Lighting Project".
