SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work concerns, among other things: the replacement of the fire alarm panel as well as wiring and detectors. PLACE OF WORK: The work will be carried out at Saint-Chanoine-Beaudet school, located at 525 ave de l'Eglise in St-Pascal (Quebec) G0L 3Y0. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank in sense of Bank Act (LC, 1991, c. 46), otherwise the tender will be automatically rejected.
