Work covered by contract documents: 1. Work of this Contract comprises of the modification and addition of building conditions and equipment to improve accessibility as per the Lean Forward Initiative, serving the facility located at 171 Duke Street. 2. Remove existing and install new power door operator pads at entrances as shown on the tender documents. 3. Add new exterior signage as shown on the tender documents. 4. Remove existing and install grab bars, patch to match existing conditions, as shown on the tender documents. 5. Remove existing and install new door controls activation pads as shown on the tender documents.
