Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Mayville, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Bid Cancelled Installation of Spray Foam per attached statement of work, and wage determination. Project Location: Horicon NWR W4279 Headquarters Road Mayville, WI 53050-1931 Contractor: o Contractor shall follow OSHA regulations for safety. o Contractor shall clean any debris caused by new spray-on insulation installation. o Contractor shall protect overspray from all building structures during work: lights, walls, doors, floors and any other building equipment or structure. o Contractor shall apply a spray insulation of 2-inches R-14 that is warranted by the manufacturer to last the life of the building. o Contractor shall exclude the roof, 2 service doors and 2 overhead doors. o Contractor shall spray foam insulation behind all steel columns. o Contractor shall expose conduit covers but spray foam insulation over all conduit. o Contractor shall follow standard practice for spraying foam insulation around all overhead doors. o Contractor shall be solely responsible for all deliveries relating to this project. Refuge: o Refuge will remove all equipment stored in the building from the work area before contracting work begins. All mezzanine and pallet racks will remain on site. o Refuge will not be providing any materials or labor. 4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The work will be completed between January 3, 2022 and September 15, 2022. Any interruption of work greater than 10 business days must be approved in advance by the Contracting Officer.
