As of May 19, 2022, this project is in final planning. All trades are let from bidding in December 2021. Construction is expected to start in June of 2022 and is scheduled to be complete in August of 2022. Plans call for the demolition of natatorium building, adjustment to piping of unit vents in 2-story High School wing, replacement of cabinet heaters near exterior doors, replacement of cooling unit in high school MDF room, expansion of Trojan Hall. This project will be performed in one phase during the summer recess of 2022.The primary focus will be to demolish the natatorium and renovate Trojan Hall. We will also be re-piping unit vents in the 2-storyhigh school wing as the mechanical space that they are currently fed out of is in the natatorium. Finally, we will also be replacing cabinet heaters near the exterior doors and other activities as described in the documents.
