This Solicitation is using the BCTS Planting Contractor Rating System to evaluate tenders. Deadline for receiving questions is 09:30 a.m., December 30th, 2021. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 1:30 p.m., January 6th, 2022. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA), the national Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
